First Winter Guarantee
If your Electra Heating System does not keep you warm through your First Winter we will upgrade your system for free.
We take care throughout the process to ensure you will always be happy.
Our fully trained surveyors will take the time to understand:
- Why you need to purchase a heating system.
- What your existing heating system is.
- What your main requirements are.
- Any concerns you have.
- The heat requirements of your home.
- The electrical wiring of your home.
Our office will carefully:
- Review the survey to ensure everything is consistent.
- Remind you of any need to change electricity tariffs.
- Order the heaters to the correct specification and colour.
Our install team will:
- Leave everything tidy and as they found it.
- Be thorough and diligent.
- Full run-test the heaters.
- Set up the controls.
- Fully explain how to use the controls for efficient running.
IMPORTANT NOTES – FIRST WINTER GUARANTEE
Applies only to heaters sold for a primary heating system with full Survey & Install Service.
You must:
- Ensure the heaters and controls have not been tampered with, opened or anything done which would invalidate the product warranty.
- Ensure the heaters and controls have been kept in good condition.
- Notify us as soon as you have concerns and by 31 March at the latest.
- Allow us to work with you to resolve the problem.
- Allow us to discuss or propose an alternative solution.
- Allow us access to your property at a mutually agreed time before 30 September for any upgrade works.
- Accept the upgrade as full and final settlement of all claims.
Covers Electra Heating System and direct works only. Does not extend to any additional ancillary products such as Water Heaters or general electrical works. Whilst we may give an indication, we cannot guarantee any running costs. There are just too many variables.

IMPORTANT NOTES – BETTER OFF GUARANTEE
Applies only to heaters sold for a primary heating system with full Survey & Install Service
- Ensure the heaters and controls have not been tampered with, opened or anything done which would invalidate the product warranty.
- Ensure the heaters and controls have been kept in good, resealable condition.
- No dents, scratches, or significant paint chips.
- Follow all the steps indicated, including changing electricity tariff away from Economy 7.
- Notify us as soon as you have concerns and by 31 March at the latest.
- Allow us to work with you to resolve the problem.
- Allow us to discuss or propose an alternative solution.
- Allow us access to your property at a mutually agreed time before 30 September for any removal.
- Accept the refund as full and final settlement of all claims.
Any additional payments for non-standard colours are not refundable. Covers Electra Heating System and direct works only. Does not extend to any additional ancillary products such as Water Heaters or general electrical works.
We will not re-commission your old heating system. You will need to source and install a replacement. Whilst we may give an indication, we cannot guarantee any running costs. There are just too many variables.
Always Warm Guarantee
If your entire home is left without heating due to an Electra Heating System Failure we will pay you £500 compensation.
Electra heating systems are direct acting.
Every heater is a separately controlled unit. There is no over-arching reliance on any other components other than the wiring in your house and electrical supply.
- No single heat source.
- No pumps.
- No valves.
- No moving parts.
- No single points of failure.
- Electra heaters require no maintenance and rarely fail.
- However, should the worst happen, and a heater fails, then the other heaters in your house will still work.
IMPORTANT NOTES – ALWAYS WARM GUARANTEE
Applies only to heaters sold for a primary heating system for whole house with full Survey & Install Service. Household must have at least 3 heaters.
You must:
- You must ensure the heaters and controls have not been tampered with, opened or anything done which would invalidate the product warranty.
- Only covers failure of heaters in accordance with the product warranty.
- Does not cover power cut or failure by a third party to supply electricity to the premises.
- Does not cover failure of other electrical components in your house or wiring failure.
Covers Electra Heating System and direct works only. Does not extend to any additional ancillary products such as Water Heaters or general electrical works.
Buy any two Elkatherm or Fondital electric radiators and get a third free on orders placed by 14th November 2024.
The promotion can be used more than once in multiples of two radiators, for example when buying:
- four radiators you will receive two additional radiators free.
- six radiators you will receive three additional radiators free.
- eight radiators you will receive four additional radiators free, and so on.
The discount will apply to the lowest priced radiators in your order.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
